Maine Business Center has been providing innovative front office solutions for small and medium sized businesses, frequent travelers, field service and home-based businesses for over five (5) years. Our services provide businesses a scalable and professional approach to creating a front office environment allowing business owners greater flexibility while enhancing profitability. Located directly to the left of City Hall at 415 Congress Street in Portland, Maine, MBC offers a range of professional offsite receptionist packages starting at $150 per month, depending on which plans or service is desired. We will tailor fit an offsite/outsourced receptionist plan that complements your business. With MBC, your calls will be professionally answered with your company name and forwarded to wherever you would like them to go. The following is a list of services provided by MBC:

Personable and professional in-house receptionists, 9am-5pm, five days a week to answer and forward your phone calls. The receptionist will reach out to you and let you know who is calling. You may then choose to take the call or to send it to your voicemail. On weekends and between the hours of 5pm-9am, the system is automated and calls will go directly to you or your voicemail.
Access to your voicemail from any computer with an internet connection where you can then choose which messages you would like to listen to.
Use of the video conference room, whenever available (six hours per month to each qualified client).
Access to a hot seat (when available)complete with telephone, wi-fi, color/b&w copier, scan and fax machines.
Mail processing service with Portland address (receive and delivery).
Become a member of our MBC Data-base and be able to offer and/or seek goods and services at an MBC discount.
